Up Coming, and Stuff

So I am neglectful to this blog I apoligise, I really do.
In the next few weeks I will be doing a series of videos for my youtube channel involving reading through Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows giving my views and telling the story in my own way. I am also going to be doing a series of videos based on Come Dine with Me BUT they are going to be alot more infrequent because it involves getting my entire group of friends together once a week which is hard to do at the best of times and because it is now summer alot of them are on holidays so unfortunately it may take me a while to get through them, but it will happen I promise, I will make them :P

ALSO adding onto my new found obsession with the internet and all it has to offer I am now on Google+ although I have not yet figured out how to create circles of friends and all of that so we shall see how that turns out if I can every figure out how to do it.
AND I and still a Tumblr virgin, but my friend and I embarked on a POTD challenge starting in January where you take a photo of yourself everyday for a year, and starting next January we will both have a Tumblr page where we upload our photo's for the second year, but its early days yet, I'm just excited to do it :D

Reading Festival is also approaching quickly, feels like only yesterday I was like OMD its almost a whole year away, and now it is next month, how crazy. My ticket has still not arrived :L hopefully it does soon or I will be freaking out!

Happy Fathers Day!

I love those single days a year you get when you can just honestly say to your parents I know I'm an ass and all, but thanks for putting up with me and I do really appreciate you, and everything that you have done for me.

I do love my papa, we get on really well, I would say we have more of a friendship than a father daughter relationship, but obviously at times he does have to play the father card.

Basically I was up till 9 this morning, because I wasn't tired. Did get out of my room at like 8 to go say happy fathers day to my dad but, after an hour it hit me and I crashed on the sofa stayed there till 3pm/4pm and then had about 45 mins to get ready to go out for the fathers day meal.

Went to the village hotel, its changed so much. Honestly haven't been there since Christmas Eve like 2008 or something.They have a STARBUCKS! So impressed by that like you don't even know :P

Over all Fathers Day was good, had a lovely meal, we all ate way too much.

Do have to say as a side note about vlogging :D

Vlog Début

I know its all a bit cheesy, but you cant get noticed or whatever unless you promote yourself, and I'm not doing this to get noticed or anything because the whole Idea of being remotely well known scares me because people are very weird although I am sure the majority are genuinely nice and everything.

RIGHT

Basically this is my first attempt at a Vlog and I know its definitely not the best thing out there but for my first one I think its half way decent, and as I continue in my vlogging adventure/ experience I'm sure they will improve as will the editing, hopefully.

Vlog Experience

OK,so apart from being a massive nerd that is involved/signed up on way too may sights already although I have disabled my formspring, and deleted tumblr because I don't actually see the point of my having tumblr if I have this? make sense?

WELL, I've recently been a bit of a bum with no life and have spent the last 2/3 days, yes days, watching loads of Vlogs that people have done, like hundreds of them, and I thought it would be an amazing way to document things so that in say ten years you can look back at it and be like wow and remember all this amazing stuff from my clearly exciting life style although I have just spent the last few days in my room on my laptop.

My personal favourite ones were the ones about travelling when they documented there trips and stuff, so I thought if I go on a trip I'll documents it in sort of the same way, and READING is coming up so what a perfect place to start a trip series.

I have already filmed a little something as a test but I think its actually ok so I'm thinking I might upload it on my channel in the next few days, just need to get a second opinion off of my friend who should be coming over soon so we will see how that goes.

Birthday Hype

So I've got about 9 days until my Birthday, and today my first Birthday care arrived my post :D
I do have things planned for my birthday this year for a pleasant surprise.
First planned event was a BBQ But I've already had to change the date of that because of the rain, and its June?! I know why is it raining in June, oh yeah I live in Wales, ahhhaaaa....
Second plan is to venture into town, dressed up in uniforms with all of my friends :D
Mix it up a bit and have a fancy dress night. Should be good, I'm looking forward to it, although money is going to be a bit tight these next two weeks because I only have one shift this week at work D:
I should apply for more hours, OH WAIT! I cant because work have the wrong number down for me :/
This year my group of girls have done this amazing thing to be cost effective because now were students, we have zero cash. Basically between the eight of us we buy one present from the group for each person that we all chip in on, this means we can get a decent present at stupidly cheap prices, win win situation right there.
But I have been asked by the girls what I want, but at a recent gathering they said they've remembered some stuff and well they've got it sorted apparently.
Not too sure why that makes me nervous but indeed it does, I don't like not knowing what is going on. But I have faith in them, they have good taste.

Basically The Midnight Beast are one of my favourite bands on YouTube, there also playing reading which is going to make it just that little bit better.

I do seem to be spending the majority of my time online, to the point I know the words to every one of their songs, as do my group of friends. We were going to trip up to London for the under-age festival, BUT it was £50 so we opted out.

All of this online time is nerding me up, which is definitely a good thing. I need nerd points, been a bit of a bum recently. I have decided that next year for A2 I'm going to be the ideal nerd pupil :D because I need to get at least three A levels at B grade, and because some places don't take the Welsh Bacc thing (cant spell the actual word) I'm really going to have to get good at education so I can go to Uni and everything, although I have no idea what Uni to go to, but that is another situation altogether.

Realisation

Basically, I've signed myself up on so many social network sites that I'm not even trying to go on them all, I mean I'm on here, twitter, Facebook, form-spring, Tumblr? do I really need to be on all of these sights? No I don't think so.
I've also recently signed myself up with a you-tube account, really had no reason for it but in the last week my favourites have gone from 0 to 94.

I have also recently realised that Since I've had my laptop I spend all of my time on it, to the point that I slept until about 12 today because my sister woke me up because she has a life and was going around her friends, and I probably would have slept for another our or two, but I got up and have been on my laptop since, on all of there sites I listed above.

AND

I have work in basically an hour, and when I get in I will probably be back on the ol'laptop, doing nothing on about 6 internet sights.

I have been contemplating becoming a more dedicated internet user in the sense that I actually do productive things with the internet like I intended to do when I signed myself up on all of these sites in the first place.

But when it comes to my you-tube account I'm tempted to do all of this Vlog stuff but at the same time looking like a complete idiot and it being really bad are two of the main reasons I'm definitely not going to be doing it, apart from the fact I don't have any editing software yet so they would literally be rambling videos basically about nothing in particular which is clearly going to be awful so why am I considering doing it in the first place I actually do not know.

I have also realised that in the next year I have to figure out what I want my career to be AND where I want to go to University and have driving lessons and become a road user like millions of others, and its a lot of big things and decisions all wrapped up in 12 months D: It definitely is a daunting thought that all of this is happening this soon.

My sister is moving out in September, to pop off to the Navy and start her career, and she'll only be home possibly once a month if that, Its crazy how one year can change everything, I'll just have to wait and see as to how it all turns out.
